NOTICE FOR BIDS IN SALE OF VILLAGE LAND

Notice is given that sealed bids will be received at the Village of Rushville, 3198 Market St., Rushville, OH 43150, until noon, May 6, 2025, for the purpose of purchasing the following real estate: Parcel No. 0320055100, Richland Township, Fairfield County, Village of Rushville, Ohio. Bids will be opened at noon, on May 7, 2025, at the village office. Property to be sold “As is - Where is, and with all Faults.” Village makes no warranty, guaranty, or representation of any kind, expressed or implied, as to the condition, merchantability, or fitness for any purpose of the property offered for sale. Village shall not offer or provide a warranty deed upon the sale of the property. Property is to be sold and conveyed to the highest and most responsive bidder by quitclaim deed on the following terms: 10% due May 8, 2025 at the council meeting; balance due within ten days; payment by certified check.
