Public Safety Committee

FYI: The Village of Rushville is working to create a public safety contingency plan and would greatly benefit from input from residents. As part of this plan we hope to gather any information we can on residents who may need additional or emergency assistance in the event of a public safety event such as a major blizzard or power outage. We ask that if you might require Emergency assistance during an event to please let us know. We ask that you message us with the name, address, and phone number (if possible) so that we can build a list of those who might require help. If you know of a neighbor who may not have Facebook but may require assistance or would benefit from a wellness check in an emergency, please let us know.

Also, if any village residents would be interested in either participating as part of the public emergency committee and putting together these contingency plans, or if you are a resident who has particular skills (such as medical, military, technical) and would be willing to be available to assist in an emergency situation please let us know. All information will be kept confidential.
